Favorite thing to do with the kids: Hike, travel
Favorite Restaurant: Anything Mexican
Favorite TV show: Lost - I don't watch it all season. I ask for the set as a Christmas gift & then we "power watch" as a family over the Christmas break together. I also like 24, The Unit, and Law and Order type shows.
Favorite Book: The Bible. And then any murder mystery, I read all of the Patricia Cornwell books the week they are released.
Favorite Movie: Classics: The Sound of Music then any murder mystery
Favorite Recipe: The kids like my homemade pizza (it's a little different every time)
Favorite Vacation: I don't like to go to the same place twice. As a family, we have traveled quite a bit. Some of our favorites are: Swiss Alps;Garmisch, Germany; Florence, Italy, Niagra Falls (the Canadian side),Washington, D.C., Park City, Utah, the beach in Pensacola, Florida (where Jay and I grew up)
Favorite Food: Nachos
Favorite Drink: Diet Pepsi, I'm trying to cut back!
Favorite Color: Dark green
Most embarrassing moment: Cheering at a big game my husband was playing in and my nursing pads (the old-fashioned kind) fell out of my bra. I didn't know it at the time. A fan (a man) behind me picked them up and said, "Excuse me, but you dropped these. What are they?"
Favorite place to go for help: Husband for personal matters; google for other things
Secret for being the best mom: To know I'm not perfect
Words of Wisdom: Be thankful in all things. There is a purpose in everything good and bad, cherish every day, don't go to bed angry, avoid bitterness-forgive, listen more
